**Mission Highlights (Purpose of the job)**

As the first Chief of Staff, you will work alongside the CEO Founder to drive key initiatives that support the company's growth and development. In this role, you will manage high impact projects, taking ownership from planning through execution as Bud scales with VC backing. You will take the lead on defining and following OKRs, processes set-up, project and routines’ management. We're looking for someone with a strategic point of view and execution capabilities to match, who is excited about translating our vision into clear and measurable goals.

**Reporting Line**

Reporting to the Founder, CEO.

**Outcomes**
- Company strategy and processes are documented.
- Company and team OKRs are defined and tracked
- KPIs are defined and tracked.
- Project progresses are tracked, formalized, and communicated to the team.
- Investors reporting built and communicated

**Responsibilities**

You’re passionate about planning and goal attainment and you will help ensure our OKRs are well crafted, regularly measured, with appropriate recognition and accountability of performance. You'll also assist in levelling up our operations infrastructure and inputting on All-Hands meetings and company-wide communications.
- Serve as liaison between all team members, management and CEO regarding company’s growth, operations, project updates and planning,
- Support with fundraising, preparing materials, data and roadshows and manage administrative tasks for the CEO,
- Craft, review and manage great OKRs across teams and be a visible leader in tracking progress and creating a culture of recognition and accountability
- Coordinate operations across the different departments (Brand, Art, AI, Tech) and determine relevant KPIs to measure performance,
- Identify best practices to write the company’s first playbooks and processes.

**Competencies**

You have prior successful experience working in a tech start-up in a similar challenging environment, in consulting or in VC and have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. You are meticulous, organized, and share an entrepreneurial mindset. In a continually changing environment, you are adaptable; you listen and take action.
