**At Ayvens Digital & IT**we have an opening for a **Head of Product.**

As our new Head of Product, you will be developing and advocating an ambitious and appealing digital Product strategy and vision for a group of products and ensure alignment with the overall Ayvens business strategy. You focus on maximizing the value that is driven from the digital products within your portfolio.

We have a hybrid working environment, but you will mainly be working at our **Paris**Office.

**What are you going to do?**
In this position you are going to be responsible for
- Managing, steering and coaching a team of Product managers and Business analysts.
- As a head of Product you own a Product out of your portfolio yourself and lead by example towards your direct reports.
- Driving and executing a part of the domains digital Product portfolio, maximizing its value and impact.
- Leading the product vision, strategy, definition and value creation across multiple products.
- Overseeing the innovation and improvement of the products to ensure the products continue to grow to suit existing and future customer needs.
- Track the success of functional initiatives and develop new methods and processes to improve efficiency.
- Is responsible for quantifying all investments made into any products in scope and making sure these deliver the anticipated value.
- Drives decisions based on facts and data. Systematically validates assumptions to de risk decisions.
- Research and analysis into business, regulatory and technical topics to support the formulation and specification of Ayvens product requirements and solution design.
- The head of product is responsible for implementation and adherence to the Ayvens product framework.
- Align product roadmap and strategy with global and local business stakeholders

**Who are we looking for?**
- Minimum 5 years of successful business leadership experience in a similar digital product management or product strategy role.
- Proven track record of successful product roadmap delivery.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment while also being able to manage multiple projects independently.
- English (fluent, verbally and written).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven ability to explain complex concepts in a crisp, clear, concise and graphic rich style.
- Excellent analytical skills, including financial and market analysis skills and experience.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to deliver on objectives and produce results.
- Intercultural competence and experience of working in more than one country and/or multi-cultural teams.
