**Industrial Operations Business Division is looking for**:
**Product Quality Engineer (F/M)**

Localisation : Rueil-Malmaison

**CONTEXT & MISSION**

The mission of such a position is to provide a technical support to the commercial functions regarding the management of the requests for sending samples to customers and the update of the technical information about Axens Products.

**MAIN ACTIVITIES**

**_Product Management_**
- To manage the CARADOC database (Compagny Technical Data Sheets) by ensuring its update and a proper functioning
- To contribute to the management of the sample request sheets, the secrecy agreements and the shipment of the samples.

**_Product Quality_**
- To contribute to the creation Product Specifications sheets in SAP and their availability for the sales forces.

**_Technical Product Documentation_**
- To gather and monitor the data related to the catalyst loading of Axens products at customer sites.
- To contribute to the update of the documents defining the storage conditions and shelf lifes of Axens products.

**KNOWLEDGE AND LEVEL REQUIRED**
- Engineering degree or master’s degree in chemistry or physico-chemistry.

**ASSOCIATED SKILLS**
- Knowing on how to work within a network and at the interface of several functions is essential (sales forces Catalysts and Adsorbents, Innovation Department, Product Qualification and Analysis, Axens plants and subcontractors).
- Rigor and determination are essential qualities for such a position in order to ensure a correct update of the technical information. This also requires to be very attentive and respectful for instructions and rules in place.
- Availability is required in order to be able to react quickly to the sales forces needs
- It is essential to have a good level in English.
