We are thought leaders with deep product, technical and domain expertise and focus on delivering Celonis implementations and driving product adoption for our customers. We achieve this by bringing together our best practices, delivery experience, award-winning enablement, and support expertise. **The Role**: As a **Senior Engagement Manager - Senior Project Manager**at Celonis, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, high-impact projects for our largest customers. You will partner closely with Sales, Value Engineering, and Product & Engineering teams to deploy our platform, identify and frame business value opportunities, create tailored solutions, and enable sustainable value realization for our customers. From early pre-sales discussions through the full project lifecycle, you will ensure the quality and impact of our work -pushing for continuous innovation including through the adoption of AI-driven capabilities - while managing execution and aligning stakeholders. You'll play a critical role in delivering outcomes that matter and ensuring every project contributes to customers satisfaction and long-term success. **The work you'll do**: - Structuring and planning end-to-end projects, including scope, timeline, resources and deliverables, based on Celonis value-driven methodologies - Organizing and monitoring project execution, coordinating contributions across Celonis teams, ensuring on-time delivery at the right quality level - Managing relationships with client teams as the primary point of contact (senior executives, project managers, process owners and technical teams ), securing a progressive handover - Leading project governance, reporting on progress, risks and value opportunities, facilitating decision-making by Celonis management and client sponsors - Providing guidance and mentoring to the Services team to ensure delivery consistency and consultants development - Supporting pre-sales efforts by contributing to opportunity framing, defining implementation approaches, and co-writing proposals and statements of work - Driving internal continuous improvement by feeding field learnings back into Celonis Services delivery templates, methodologies, and best practices **The qualifications you need**: - A minimum of 6 years' experience managing complex projects with both business and technical dimensions, in a consulting or professional services environment - Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, onshore/offshore teams, and various clients stakeholder groups, from executive to operational levels - Strong track record of "content-oriented" project management, delivering measurable outcomes - Demonstrated expertise in pre-sales collaboration, opportunity qualification and proposal development - Relevant certifications (e.g., Agile/Scrum, PMP, Prince2, Lean Six Sigma) and a passion for driving operational excellence - Experience in core business transformation, supply chain optimization, and AI-based performance improvement is highly appreciated - **Native level of French** **What Celonis Can Offer You**: - **Pioneer Innovation**: Work with the leading, award-winning process mining technology, shaping the future of business. - **Accelerate Your Growth**: Benefit from clear career paths, internal mobility, a dedicated learning program, and mentorship opportunities. - **Receive Exceptional Benefits**: Including generous PTO, hybrid working options, company equity (RSUs), comprehensive benefits, extensive parental leave, dedicated volunteer days, and much more.
