As a
**Business Developer **for the French market, your mission is to convert leads into customers. You will join a team led by Clémence our Sales Team Leader and Dorothée, our Head of Sales. The team is composed of 4 Business Developers Inbound.

**As a Business Developer France at Qonto, you will**
- **Manage inbound leads **and convince CEOs / CFOs / Office Managers of start-ups and SMEs to open an account on Qonto.
- **Offer a quality client experience,** onboard your new customers, and offer them an exceptional level of service
- **Focus on results and improvement** and detect client needs to improve the product

**About your future manager**
- **Her path**:Clémence has worked in Sales in a start-up environment and joined Qonto as the first Business Developer. After two years, she grew as a Sales Lead.
- **What she can bring to you**:Having experienced Qonto as a start-up to scale up and having worn the double hat of Inbound/Outbound she can coach you on her 360° sales expertise.

**About You**
- **Experience**: You have a first experience as a Business Developer in a start-up/ SaaS industry
- ** Result-driven**: You like to have a visible impact on a daily basis (increase the sales revenue)
- **Customer-oriented**: Your main concern is to satisfy your customer and demonstrate the value of our product
- **Communication**: Your excellent command of French and English allows you to adapt to a diverse audience including C-levels
