**Requirements**:

- Provision of ICT Service Desk first line support to end-users
- Provision of user workplace support services: management of desktops, laptops, printers and other peripherals, intallation and configuration of software, and overall end-user support
- Application support
- Collaboration and provision of support to the day-to-day operations of the ICT department
- Provision of user support to other IT technologies F4E will set-up during the execution of the contract
- Deep knowledge in the following technical areas: Microsoft Windows technologies; Hardware (desktops, laptops, printers); Microsoft 365 Cloud services Configuration, administration and support of desktops, laptops, printers and other shared resources in a network environment; User administration, including aspects related to platform image creation, maintenance and updating, security and confidentiality.
- Good organizational and problem solving skills
- Ability to work both autonomously and in a team
- Ability to focus on priorities and organize work as well as to deliver on time to agreed standards
- Service-oriented attitude
- Excellent English oral and written communication skills
- Ability to interact effectively with Fusion for Energy representatives.
