**Job Description Summary**: Global S&OP Planner / Sub-Assemblies & Materials

Reporting to the Raw materials planning manager, the Global S&OP planner is responsible for the definition, deployment and execution of the supply chain strategy for the rubber materials & Hypak tip cap sub-assembly’s product line on the 6 months to 10 years horizon.

Reporting to the Raw materials planning manager, the Global S&OP planner is responsible for the definition, deployment and execution of the supply chain strategy for the rubber materials & Hypak tip cap sub-assembly’s product line on the 6 months to 10 years horizon.

The Global S&OP planner works in close partnership with Operations (Plant, Plant Planning, Supply Chain teams, Project teams, etc ), the Pre-Fillable Syringe Platform (PFS), Sales and Marketing, Procurement and key BD suppliers in order to build a long-term strategy and a 24-months S&OP plan to secure continuity of supply in BD plants, improve overall network architecture from end to end and optimize lead-time / inventory.

Key performance measures are the service level (OTIF), back order, plant lines shortages and DIOH inventory targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**_Long term strategy elaboration _**
- Drive the long-term capacity planning process by coordinating main activities of a cross functional group with the aim of designing the industrial network plans for the next 10 years
- Build capacity profile scenarios in compliance by BDM-PS long term industrial strategy
- Monitor project execution to guarantee the right level of surge in the plant network according to long term demand evolution.
- Lead a component rationalization program with the aim to
- decrease the complexity generated by the combination of raw materials validated molding sources for each assembly site.
- Increase the overall network agility by defining and executing an equivalency program with the support and sponsorship of RD and quality to uniformize RNS / PRTC specs across all plants.

**_ Sales and Operations process coordination _**
- Drive and facilitate the monthly S&OP process, designed to ensure appropriate level of information is shared with all key stakeholders to activate the right capacity and raw material supply to meet the business needs. Collaborate with operations, finance, plants and suppliers.
- Prepare and lead the various S&OP reviews (Plant net requirement review, Supply Consensus, Integrated Reconciliation, and Management Business Review), gathering all data, information and metrics for identifying gaps and scenarios that must be presented in order to guide final decision and key trade-offs.
- Identify and propose relevant scenarii / decisions to optimize service level, maximize revenue, drive profitable growth and support the business achieve its goals.
- Drive inventory strategy in coordination with local production planning team to secure plants from shortage risks and optimize working capital in compliance with WW inventory targets.

**Qualifications/Background**

**_Education _**
- BS or higher in Supply Chain, Finance or Business

**_ Expérience _**
- 4 to 8 years in SC management (plant and/or global/S&OP)
- Work experience with manufacturing operations
- Remote network management (manufacturing sites, DCs, Regional entities)
- English is a must, French / Spanish are pluses
- Experience in Manufacturing & Engineering environment
- B2B industrial environment
- Has worked in international matrix environment
