Nous recherchons un(e) assistant(e) commercial(e) dynamique et motivé(e) pour rejoindre notre équipe Omnikles (filiale d’Oodrive, solution de dématérialisation des appels d’offres).

**Tes missions au quotidien seront**:

- Accompagner l'équipe sur le volet administratif
- Gérer les demandes administratives clients (compta, admin..)
- Maintenir à jour notre CRM (Salesforce) avec toutes les modifications nécessaires
- Intervenir en appui du commercial (création des devis, gestion des modifications de contrat, gestion des renouvellements de contrats nécessitant un contact avec les clients, traitement des appels entrants..)
- Veille marché (Remontée des Appels d’Offres captifs à l’équipe commerciale)
- Recherche de documentation pour répondre aux appels d’offre
- Assurer le relais avec l'ADV, la comptabilité et les services financiers d'Oodrive au global

**Postule absolument si**:

- Tu parles parfaitement le français
- La maîtrise du logiciel Sales Force est un plus, la suite Microsoft un must
- Rigueur, organisation, autonomie, intégrité et fiabilité : c'est tout toi

- Un échange téléphonique de 30 minutes avec Vincent, Talent Acquisition Specialist pour comprendre votre parcours et vos attentes professionnelles,
- Un échange d’1h avec Nicolas (Directeur d’Omnikles), pour creuser davantage votre expertise et vous donner de la visibilité sur le quotidien d’un Sales Assistant chez Omnikles (filiale d’Oodrive),
- Une visite informelle dans nos locaux pour rencontrer les équipes et découvrir notre atmosphère de travail.
