The Matsuda Eyewear Collection is a unique range of eyewear launched in 1989. Made with subtle and unparalleled details, these creations are considered works of art.
Today, the revival of the Matsuda Eyewear collection is quietly unfolding, just like when it was first launched.
**Your Role**
As part of the logistics team, you will contribute to the **daily operations** with a focus on reliability, structure, and excellence:
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with accuracy and care,
- Perform quality control on all outgoing products,
- Monitor inventory and flag replenishment needs,
- Generate invoices and handle administrative shipping tasks,
- Coordinate with the warehouse for incoming and outgoing goods,
- Ensure delivery deadlines are met and proactively inform internal teams of any updates,
- Maintain an efficient and organized work environment.
**Your Profile**
We are looking for someone who takes pride in **doing things properly**, who thrives in a structured and detail-oriented environment, and who understands the value of **precision in a luxury context**.
- Previous experience in logistics, ideally in the eyewear or fashion/luxury sector,
- Highly organized, dependable, and hands-on,
- Comfortable with Excel, ERP systems, and inventory software,
- Strong team player with good communication skills,
- Fluent English is a plus,
- Able to handle parcels (moderate weight).
