- En tant que **Product Engineer**, vous êtes responsable du développement, de l’optimisation et de l’industrialisation des produits de la gamme connecteurs hydrauliques. Vous serez au cœur du processus d’innovation, de la phase de conception jusqu’au lancement en production, en interaction étroite avec les clients, les fournisseurs et les équipes internes- #LI-AG1**What You’ll Be Doing**Développer de nouveaux produits ou optimiser les produits existants pour répondre aux exigences clients, réduire les coûts et améliorer les performances.-
Piloter des projets techniques en transversal, en assurant la planification, la coordination des équipes et le suivi des livrables.-
Réaliser la conception des produits (modélisation 3D, définition matériaux et traitements) en collaboration avec les dessinateurs à l'international.-
Organiser la fabrication des prototypes, définir et suivre les plans d’essais de validation produit.-
Assurer l’industrialisation des produits en lien avec les services qualité, production, méthodes et sécurité.-
Appliquer les méthodologies d’amélioration continue (AMDEC, APQP, PPAP, 6 Sigma) et maintenir les données techniques dans l’ERP.**What We're Looking For**Diplôme d’ingénieur (mécanique, mécanique des fluides).-
Expérience de 3 ans minimum en développement produit dans un environnement industriel (idéalement hydraulique ou mécanique de précision).-
Maîtrise des outils de CAO (type Creo ou équivalent) et des outils qualité (AMDEC, Control Plan, PPAP...).-
Esprit d’analyse, rigueur technique, capacité à travailler en équipe internationale.-
