The Global Quality Commercial Operations Department is looking for a motivated intern to join the team for an exciting 6-month internship based in Boulogne-Billancourt, France (Headquarters)

Under the supervision of the Global Quality Commercial Operations Manager for the 3 business markets North-America / Western Europe (BIG 5) / Northern Central and Eastern Europe, in close collaboration with local Affiliates in 27 countries, the intern will support a new SHARED LEARNING PROJECT (sharing of best practices, sharing of documentation, multi-country meetings) with the objective to continuously improve the Quality Maturity of the Affiliates through a new model of Global support.

**Main responsibilities / job expectations**
- **Understand the current stakes and existing models in Commercial Operations**
- Support the Global Quality Commercial Operations Manager on a daily basis in facilitating troubleshooting (e.g. audit and inspection findings, GxP deviations, complaints management, compliance issues, quality risks) and assuring appropriate CAPAs are written and completed on time.
- Maintain structured communication with local Affiliates to improve integration.
- ** Define the SHARED LEARNING PROJECT across Commercial Operations Groups**
- Contribute to the definition of the SHARED LEARNING PROJECT, in collaboration with the Global Quality Commercial Operations Manager.
- Define roadmap for the deployment the SHARED LEARNING PROJECT, and drive accordingly, where necessary.
- ** Deploy the SHARED LEARNING PROJECT across Commercial Operations Groups efficiently**
- Work with on SHARED LEARNING PROJECT deployment and dissemination.
- Encourage best practices (“Quality beyond compliance”), specifically from a maintaining continuous improvement perspective.

**Knowledge, abilities & experience**

Education / Certifications:

- Internship of Life sciences Master degree (pharmacy, chemistry, microbiology), preferably with a speciality in quality

**Experience**:

- Like to be at the interface between different teams and have an attraction for quality
- Like to create and innovate
- Good project management skills
- Good analytical skills
- Comfortable in writing and oral presentation
- Leadership, autonomy, and team spirit
- Fluent English
- Expertise in Office package
