**Global Public Product Strategy**

**Context**:

- they define product norms and certifications we must comply with
- they develop foundational product bricks which we can integrate to increase the value of our services for patients & healthcare professionals (ex: electronic prescription systems, national health records, electronic identity mechanisms etc.)
- they develop and roll-out large-scale digital services for healthcare professionals & patients

As we operate in 4 countries with a global product roadmap, it is necessary to understand cross-country public institutions’ roadmaps to ensure a consistent positioning towards public initiatives while designing our product vision to meet local specificities.

The position belongs to the Global Product Team.

**Missions**:
As a Global Public Product Strategy Senior Lead, you are expected to
- Follow closely Public and Doctolib product roadmaps:

- Develop a thorough understanding of public institutions’ eHealth roadmap in France, Germany, Italy and the Netherlands
- Continuously monitor the evolution & usage of public product bricks and services
- Fully master our product vision and follow our product roadmap in depth
- Together with local PA teams, global product and legal teams, identify risks & opportunities for Doctolib and define positioning & action plan
- Work closely with product leaders to define our product strategy at global level on public projects relevant in each country (ex: integration with national health records etc.) to ensure consistency, scalability while keeping a product-market fit at national level
- Ensure cross-country knowledge sharing to feed local PA activities with learnings & projects from other countries
- Support local PA teams in external institutional meetings to strengthen our narrative
- Train and educate Doctolibers on public eHealth initiatives in all the countries we are active in

**Profile**:

- You have at least 7 years of experience in strategy-related functions. An experience in working in or with public institutions is strongly recommended
- You are comfortable driving complex cross-teams projects
- You have a strategic mindset and are known for your analytical skills
- You always see the glass half full and search for opportunities in all situations
- You have a strong product affinity: you like understanding how our products work concretely
- You can juggle between “big picture” strategic work to detail-oriented tasks (review pieces of regulation, certification guidelines etc.)
- You can make complex things simple for others to understand
- You speak French, English fluently. You have a good level of German.
