The products you help shape will reach more than 50,000 Sanofi employees globally.As a Product Strategy Analyst, you will work side by side with a Product Owner and a cross-functional team to design, build, and improve intelligent workflows that deliver measurable business value. It is a hands-on role with strong exposure to AI, product strategy, and agile delivery, offering a clear path to grow into a full Product Owner position.What you will do• Support the Product Owner in defining and maintaining the product roadmap and priorities• Help facilitate discovery workshops with senior stakeholders and translate discussions into actionable backlog items• Contribute to workflow design and configuration within the product platform• Track, measure, and communicate the impact of product decisions• Take an active part in agile ceremonies and sprint planning, ensuring clarity and alignment across the team• Work in a fast-moving, iterative environment, with quarterly demos to Sanofi's Executive CommitteeAbout youYou bring energy, curiosity, and structure to everything you do. You have worked on digital products and want to accelerate your path into full product ownership.
