**Mission**
- To provide operational support for the production of hydrogen refueling stations in compliance with quality, cost and deadline objectives._

**Main responsibilities**

**Managing production**
- Participate in the definition of the production schedule (MPS)
- Anticipate and adapt the activity load in relation to the human and material resources required
- Organize the daily work schedule of employees in line with production/supply chain priorities
- Organize subcontracting and supervise external companies involved in the manufacturing process
- Organize the work according to the site's own instructions, the regulations in force, and the skills and qualifications of the personnel
- Interfacing with support services in the event of problems
- Ensure the rapidity of corrective actions
- Ensure that cost, quality, and deadline objectives are met
- Ensuring that safety is respected during the different phases of production and during subcontracted work
- Edit the documentation at the beginning (manufacturing file) and end of manufacturing (As Built)
- Updating the monitoring tables required for the activity.

**Managing the manufacturing team**
- Manage a multidisciplinary team of 5 to 10 interns (technicians) by federating and motivating the employees
- Recruit, welcome and integrate permanent and temporary resources
- Leading routine production meetings
- Ensure the communication of information to the team
- Participate in the annual HR cycle for the team: annual interviews, professional interviews, increases, training needs, absence management
- Supervise the training and development of the versatility of the employees in order to guarantee the smooth running of the workshop
- Validate and enter the weekly team scores

**Optimization and reporting**
- Promote the 5S and Mudawalk approaches
- Leading continuous improvement projects
- Ensure the capitalization of corrective actions on the following productions (including feedback to the design office).

**P**rofile**
- Technical training (Bac +3 (type “Licence Pro”) or Bac +5 (type Engineer) with a specialization in mechanics or production
- At least 5 years’ experience in a complex industrial environment and assembly and/or integration activity
- At least 3 years of managerial experience
- Continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing processes (5S, Mudawalk)
- Production process, quality, and lead time management
- Good command of English.
