**What is Revenue Operations?**:
As a RevOps Analyst, you will be part of Splio’s Revenue Operations team, based in Paris. We are in charge of overseeing the operations of all our revenue-generating teams, by aiming to provide them state-of-the-art processes and tools.
Your main missions will be to assist our Revenue Operations Manager and our Chief Revenue Officer to analyze and automate the processes that we use today, so we are ready for scaling. In Splio, the RevOps team is transversal, we work closely with our marketing, sales and customer success teams, in France, Spain and Italy (at least).
**Daily missions**:
- Dashboarding of our activity data, improvement of this process towards automation and efficiency
- Share regular KPI updates for the entire sales funnel (quota plan, pipeline, outbound activity, etc.), actionable information and recommendations for process improvement.
- Enable the Revenue teams so they can be more efficient with their work, including deploying tooling, updating current processes, etc.
**Preferred experience**:
We’re looking for someone that:
- Feels comfortable analyzing numbers and data.
- Is interested in the SaaS industry and business model.
- Is organized and responsible.
- Loves to find solutions to problems and implement them.
- Is proficient with MS Excel
- Wants to discover Revenue Operations in an international Scale Up
- Can speak French and English. You will speak to them every day
