Our journey began in 2019 with Alexis, Matthieu and Arnaud as our founders. Today we are a global leader in carbon accounting, we’re B-corp certified and a recognised member of the French Tech 120.
Our innovative climate suite combines smart data collection with advanced features, making it the most intuitive carbon accounting solution in the world. With Greenly, companies can precisely measure, actively reduce, and report on their progress. Additionally, our clients receive dedicated support from our climate experts throughout their journey.
Greenly supports over 3,000 companies across more than 20 countries to measure their carbon footprint (through carbon assessment and life cycle analyses), reduce their emissions (SBTi trajectory and action plan quantification), and comply with new regulations (CSRD, CBAM, ISSB).
We are a team of 250 people from 38 nationalities based in Paris, London, Barcelona and New York, which allows us to strengthen our international presence.
Today, our impact is measured in tons of carbon under management, with over 200 million tons of CO2 tracked through our platform. Our next milestone : serving 10,000 clients and managing one billion tons of CO2 to make carbon management as essential as financial management.

**About the Role**
As a Sales Operations Manager at Greenly, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales processes and technology stack. Your expertise will empower our sales team to maximize their impact on revenue and contribute significantly to our mission of managing 1 billion tons of carbon.
**Key Responsibilities**
- ** Process Management**: Design and maintain efficient sales processes to improve day-to-day operations and maximize sales rep performance.
- **Sales Enablement**: Act as the go-to expert for our sales technology stack, providing training and support to both new joiners and existing team members.
- **Business Performance**: Enhance revenue generation efficiency and track sales rep ROI through detailed dashboards and insights.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the Sales, Growth, and Operations teams on strategic projects to improve overall business health.
**Skills required to succeed**
- Affinity for Sales Operations
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple projects of varying complexity.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and French.
- Proactive, curious, and unafraid to dive deep into challenges.
