This vacancy is a unique opportunity to invest your talents in a rewarding work environment._ As an** IT Business Information Manager for Human Resources Applications**, you will be responsible for managing the HR software solutions that support the business processes and daily operations of Aviapartner. You will work closely with the IT department, the business units and the external vendors to ensure that the software systems are aligned with the business needs, objectives and strategies. You will also oversee the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the software systems, as well as the training and support of the key-users. You should have excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively in the fast-paced and dynamic aviation industry. **Knowledge of HR software solutions (core HR, payroll, L&D, qualifications like Recruitee, SDWorx, Zuchetti, Cegid, Datev) is a prerequisite.** Good knowledge of the aviation industry**,** the ground handling services, and the software solutions that are used in this sector is an asset. You will be part of an European IT team of +/- 20 people.
