Each one of us is a crucial part of the squad and we're always on the lookout for A+ players. - **WHAT YOU WILL DO** We are now scaling our CTV (Connected TV) user acquisition offering and looking for a Campaign Manager ready to dive into a fast-moving, data-driven environment. Campaign Execution & Monitoring - Launch, monitor, and optimize programmatic CTV campaigns on the DSP - Track KPIs like ROAS, CPI, spend using our dashboards - Flag underperforming campaigns and propose data-driven actions Reporting & Analysis - Help generate daily/weekly performance reports - Contribute to campaign wrap-ups with insights and recommendations - Support A/B testing and creative performance analysis Process Optimization & Internal Tools - Document and help improve operational workflows - Collaborate with the team to prototype automation tools to speed up some tasks - **WHO**_YOU_** ARE** You will be a good fit to join the Campaign Management team at Adikteev if you have: - 2 to 4 years experience in an Adops, campaign manager, or UA manager role - Very good command of MS Office (PPT, Excel) & Google Suite; SQL, Python or Tableau is a plus. - Strong business and analytical skills, great attention to detail and independent problem solver. - Strong process, organizational and time management skills - You work in a customer-oriented fashion - **PERKS AND BENEFITS** - Competitive Salary ; - Performance-based Quarterly bonus with transparent KPIs; - Profit-sharing scheme ("Prime de participation") ; - Longevity bonus every 2 years ; - Healthcare plan with excellent coverage (50% of the contribution covered by Adikteev) ; - €9 Lunch Vouchers (Tickets Restaurant - SWILE card - 50% of the contribution covered by Adikteev) ; - 4 1/2 days work week (Fridays afternoon off) ; - “RTT” ; - 50% of transportation fees covered by Adikteev (Navigo Pass) - Mental Health support ; - Flexible remote working policy ; - Regular team-life event / activity - Inclusive parental leave Policy. **We prioritize people, not just job titles.** Not everyone will make it through our hiring process, but your skills might just be the perfect match for another adventure we have now or down the road. - As an Employer of choice, Adikteev does not and shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, gender expression, age, national origin, disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or military status, in any of its activities or operations.
