**Mission**:
Dans le cadre d’un remplacement maternité (5/6 mois), notre site de Marseille recherche un spécialiste RH qui aura pour mission principale, en collaboration avec la DRH:
- Apporter un support opérationnel et quotidien des aspects RH
- Recrutement
- Intégration
- Développement des compétences
- Gestion des performances
- Une orientation particulière sera donnée au suivi des actions liés à nos enquêtes d’engagement et RPS.
**Profil**:
- Expérience significative en tant que spécialiste RH/HRBP ou dans un rôle similaire, avec une expertise en gestion des risques psychosociaux
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et collaborative dans un environnement dynamique.
- Sensibilité aux enjeux de bien-être au travail et engagement envers la promotion d'une culture positive
- Anglais courant fortement recommandé
Poste basé 100% sur site (13009)
Prise de poste souhaitée pour le 15 juillet 2025
Salaire négociable selon expérience
