Project Manager

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
You will join the FiPP Department (Finance Projects & Processes). This recently created department is intended to support the Group’s Finance in its systems, process and organization development projects. You will be a part of the Data & Reporting domain, dedicated to crafting the Finance Datamart and facilitating reporting initiatives to enable well-informed decision-making.

You will coordinate the different projects related to reporting initiated by the Finance departments. You will support them in structuring their vision and driving their ambition in their digital and organizational transformation journey. As part of the team, you will also participate in all initiatives enabling to reinforce the Finance community and to prepare ourselves for the future of finance.

Driven by value creation and ability to think out of the box, you will:

- Lead reporting projects, overseeing them from conceptualization to completion, and ensuring alignment with the company's strategic vision. Contribute to the development of methodologies for reporting projects, including defining stage gates, establishing governance structures, specifying deliverables, determining roles and responsibilities (RACI), and more.
- Support BUs in defining and implementing their reporting requirements.
- Serve as liaison between the Finance Function and the Data & Reporting domain, ensuring that the projects carried out support the transformation objectives of the Function.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between project teams and Finance Function to ensure smooth adoption of new reporting solutions.
- Ensure training and coaching of Finance Function teams on new functionalities and implemented processes
- Identify and propose solutions to optimize work processes and increase the operational efficiency of Finance Function and Data & Reporting domain.
- Develop personalized change management plans for the different BUs affected by the projects.
- Organize and lead workshops and training sessions to prepare BUs for the changes introduced by innovation projects.

**PROFILE**:
Professional experience of 5 to 10 years in Finance and/or in Project Management with proven experience in supporting the transformation of business units. This key role requires an individual capable of navigating a complex and changing environment, providing strategic and operational vision for the innovations and transitions to be achieved.
- Diploma in project management, finance, organizational transformation, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of current trends in finance and reporting technology, including digital transformation processes.
- Demonstrated skills in leadership, project management, stakeholder management and change management.
- Relational ease, ability to communicate and influence at all hierarchical levels.
- Pragmatism and ability to work in both strategic and operational environments.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
