Oh BiBi is seeking a talented and dedicated IT Manager to join our team. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring the security of our systems, managing our data, providing support and troubleshooting, and overseeing our release management process.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Release Management**
- Take ownership of our current Jenkins pipeline.
- Set up, manage, and maintain Jenkins environments to automate the building, testing, and deployment of software.
- Create and manage Jenkins pipelines, troubleshoot build failures, and ensure that the software release process is robust and efficient.
- Integrate Jenkins with other tools in the DevOps toolchain.
- Ensure the proper versioning of the software, monitor the different stages of software delivery, and provide reports on the software release status.
**Systems Management**
- Install, configure, update, and maintain the computer systems, servers, and networks utilized by our team, with a specific focus on Zero Thrust Architecture.
- Ensure system performance, reliability, and availability meet the needs of our users and align with our business objectives.
**Security**
- Develop and implement robust security measures to protect our systems and data (excluding online services).
- Monitor systems for security breaches and address any issues promptly.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify potential security risks.
- Ensure compliance with relevant security standards and best practices.
**Data Management**
- Manage and protect the organization's data.
- Ensure data backup and recovery procedures are in place and functioning effectively.
- Support and Troubleshooting
- Provide technical support to our employees and customers as needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues in a timely manner.
- Work proactively to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of all IT systems.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an IT role, preferably in mobile gaming.
- Strong knowledge of systems management, IT security, data management, and release management.
- Experience with Jenkins and the principles of continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) is mandatory.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
- Unity 3D experience on iOS and Android platform (optional)
