Our client, a leading global IT service provider, is recruiting a ** Product Support Manager (Aeronautical Maintenance) ** to join their pro ject in ** France.**

- Be the focal point within Support (ESE) for the Super Puma or Aircrafts- Respond to customer queries, if unable to respond, monitor via the correct contacts for timely responses,- You will be responsible for the development of the project and the implementation of the project,- Support the project in continuous improvement,- Monitor the workload and ensure workload management and communication with customers and internal client departments.
**Qualification**:- At least 2 years of experience in maintenance with the following knowledge- The client account for all programs,-
- Specific documentation: Technical data, Technical publication,Configuration management,-
- Good communication skills / Strong proposal / Taking initiatives,-
