En tant que stagiaire Product Manager de Piana, tu travailleras en étroite collaboration avec les fondateurs et l’ensemble de l’équipe technique afin de rendre simple et intuitif des concepts complexes liés à la gestion des finances d’un parc de véhicules.
**Tu as l’ambition de construire un produit impactant qui révolutionnera le futur de la mobilité.**
**Experience souhaité**:
- Tu as des notions en Product Management, dans un produit B2B SaaS ou Fintech.
- Tu fais preuve d’ownership, d’ambition et de radicalité.
- Tu es passionné(e) par la recherche utilisateur, le dialogue avec les clients finaux pour mieux comprendre leurs enjeux et réfléchir à des solutions innovantes.
- Tu es organisé(e) et sais prioriser tes tâches pour pouvoir gérer plusieurs projets à la fois
- Tu sais travailler en équipe, dans un environnement qui évolue rapidement
- Le tout, en s’éclatant au quotidien dans un environnement Startup qui à les moyens de ses ambitions pour devenir leader du marché dans les 3 ans
**Recruitment process**
- Un rapide **échange téléphonique avec la RH.**:
- **Entretien avec la RH et l’un des co-fondateur**, pour parler du poste, de tes ambitions et répondre à tes questions
- Une **étude de cas** (24H pour la préparer et une restitution en 45 minutes) avec un membre de l’équipe tech et un co-fondateur
- **Un dernier entretien “Culture fit”** avec un membre de l’équipe
- Une offre en 24h
