Account Manager (H/F)

Aperçu:
Responsabilités:

- Développer et animer un portefeuille de clients, de l’acquisition jusqu’au développement de comptes
- Mener des négociations avec les diverses parties prenantes
- Piloter le processus de staffing client et coordonner les entretiens
- Assurer un suivi régulier des clients et des freelances en poste pour maximiser leur satisfaction et identifier de nouveaux besoins
- Contribuer à l’évolution et à l’amélioration continue du produit de l'entreprise,
- Maintenir à jour les outils internes
- Contribuer à l’atteinte des objectifs de croissance de l’équipe et de l’entreprise

Exigences:

- Au moins 2 à 3 ans minimum d’expérience en gestion et développement de portefeuille client (dans une ESN, une société de conseil en ingénierie ou équivalent)
