**Your Role & Team in a Nutshell**

As a Logistics Coordinator for our Outdoor & Recreation brands in UK and Switzerland, you’ll play a key role in making sure products move smoothly and efficiently across countries—helping get the right goods to the right places, on time. You'll be the link between planning, customer service, and warehouses, optimizing how we work and keeping costs under control. Your decisions will have a direct impact on service quality and customer satisfaction. It's a dynamic role where your organization and problem-solving skills really matter, and where you'll help shape smarter logistics every day.

We will help you achieve your goals and develop by providing regular feedback and access to online training courses.

**Your Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure intercompany flow of goods or imports for UK & Switzerland
- Work with central Sales & Operations Planning, local customer service teams and warehouse to optimize service level of Supply Chain
- Control & optimize the Distribution & Transport costs (inbound, consumables, warehousing, freight out)
- Support with mandatory reporting like inbound & export of gas, WEEE, Packaging, batteries, etc.
- D&T activities like cost control for logistic operations, financial data reporting, KPIs
- Pilot with Logistics Partners on new solutions for distribution and transportation
- Inventory management: stock adjustments, quality issues, returns
- Purchasing process in SAP, invoice control in OnBase
- Partner with teams like sales, customer service, finance and to address questions, reports, etc.
- Partner with external stakeholders like carriers, forwarders, customs brokers, etc.

**What You’ll Need**

**Minimum**:

- Demonstrated experience in international logistics
- Fluency in English
- Experience working with Excel, SAP, and other IT tools
- Proactive, solution oriented mindset with great attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills

**Your advantage**:
