When you join Odaseva, you’ll work alongside some of the most accomplished people in the Salesforce ecosystem.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Working and forming relationships with internal management teams to know the ins and outs of their departments and better understand their hiring needs and job specifications
- Drafting and publishing job postings on platforms, such as social media and niche job boards
- Implementing overall technical recruiting strategy
- Assessing applicants’ relevant knowledge, hard skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- Onboarding new employees in order to become fully integrated
- Providing analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
- Promoting company’s reputation as “best place to work”
- Fluency in both French and English

**You will bring**:

- BS/MS in Human Resources Management or Business Administration
- 12+ years’ experience as a Technical Recruiter
- Ability to understand and explain job requirements for Engineering roles
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
- Familiarity with job boards, and HR software, databases, and management systems
- Proven experience conducting various types of interviews (i.e., phone, video, etc.)
- Desire to grow professionally with networking and ongoing training opportunities
