**About the team**:
You will be joining a dynamic and passionate People Ops team of 15 individuals, divided into three departments: People Operations, People Experience & Success, and Talent Acquisition.
Our team is dedicated to creating an exceptional environment that fosters the growth of exceptional people. The Talent Acquisition Team comprises five dedicated members, including four recruiters and a Talent Acquisition Manager. They collaboratively manage recruitment efforts for both technical and non-technical roles spanning across Europe and the United States.
We are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to assist us in scaling the engineering and product teams in Europe but not only.
**What You’ll Do**:
- Partner with hiring managers as a strategic advisor, aligning recruitment strategies with business goals and providing insights on market trends and talent availability.
- Mentor junior recruiters, fostering their growth in technical recruiting, time management, and data-driven decision-making.
- Spearhead recruitment projects for high-impact roles, including leadership and senior management positions, ensuring timelines and objectives are met.
- Utilize recruitment tools and ATS platforms efficiently, customizing processes to optimize hiring workflows.
- Analyze and manage recruitment data, reporting on key metrics such as time-to-hire, cost per hire, and ROI, driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, facilitating alignment and communication across stakeholders, ensuring recruitment goals are met.
- Create, implement, and refine recruitment frameworks that prioritize diversity, inclusion, and mitigation of hiring bias.
- Continuously monitor market trends, adapting recruitment strategies to stay competitive and attract top talent.
**Who You Are**:
- Proven experience as a senior recruiter, with a strong focus on technical and engineering roles, including developing and executing complex sourcing strategies.
- Expertise in stakeholder management, acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, aligning recruitment strategies with business needs, and providing market insights.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruitment tools, customizing workflows to improve efficiency and ensure the best use of available features.
- Experienced in leading high-impact recruitment projects, including leadership and senior management roles, while maintaining a focus on diversity, inclusion, and bias mitigation.
- Strong analytical abilities, with a data-driven approach to recruitment metrics, reporting, workforce planning, and continuous improvement of processes.
- Skilled in mentoring junior recruiters, guiding them on best practices, time management, and recruitment techniques, fostering their growth and development.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, promoting clear, concise, and effective communication within recruitment teams and across business stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, adept at managing multiple priorities and deadlines while optimizing team efficiency and effectiveness.
- Proactive and adaptable, with a commitment to continuous learning, staying informed of recruitment trends, and making informed decisions to address challenges and improve performance.
