**Extend-Consulting** is recruiting an Investor Relation Analyst (H/F) for an independent venture capital firm based in Paris.
This VC invests in Seed and Series A in European digital and deep tech startups and has supported numerous technological successes.
**JOB DESCRIPTION**
The role will involve working with the Head of Investor Relations on all fundraising and investor related activities. You will be responsible for servicing a wide range of sophisticated investors from large financial institutions to HNWI, on a global scale. The role will entail multiple elements of Investor Relations: from managing fund onboarding and closings, addressing questions from investors, completing due diligence questionnaires from anchor investors, creating marketing documents, and working on special projects.
You will have the opportunity to work closely with all professionals across the business (from Digital Ventures, DeepTech Seed and Life Science investment teams to Back-Office and Marketing members), and have incredible exposure to all funds and investors in a fast-growing VC firm.
**What the job involves**:
- Producing presentations and marketing materials for investors,
- Reach out to potential LPs and secure meetings with them, helping to grow the LP network,
- Participate in the organization of roadshows, and presence at LP conferences,
- Assist prospective investors in their due diligence process by answering various types of due diligence questionnaires,
- Coordinate from start to finish the onboarding / funds' closing process when welcoming new investors,
- Management of the LP CRM,
- Liaising with internal stakeholders (Investment team, Finance and Marketing),
- Market research, fundraising trends analysis and monitoring of competitors,
- Participation in the animation of the LP community (events, committees) and in the animation strategy (conferences, newsletters, etc.).
- Strong interest in the tech and VC/ PE industry,
- Solid communication skills (verbally and written), ability to work in French and in English,
- High emotional intelligence,
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint plus appetite for CRMs and automation tools,
- Rigorous and well-organized,
- Ability to adapt to change and work with short deadlines,
- Strong team player.
