About the Team Hiring

You will be working with a great team of technical staff both in France and globally. Having the ability to leverage the expertise of highly knowledgeable people is a huge benefit, and will help you firstly settle into your role, but more importantly help you with your development.

In France, salespeople and Tech specialists cover multiple locations, and the ArchiWizard tech and product team is working from Paris.

Overview

Your role has a focus on both the pre-sales and post-sales part of the product line business. It is predominantly a customer focused role with three main areas of involvement:
Pre-sales support (demonstrations, early discussions, product meetings)
Post-sales support (training, consultancy, support)
Some product development (supporting the development team, developing documentation and videos, writing whitepapers, etc.)

ArchiWizard is a Graitec software which allows architects and engineers from bureau d’études to assess the energy efficiency and the carbon impact of buildings. ArchiWizard is integrated within BIM workflows and works from 3D models. It provides French regulatory validations (RE2020, RT2012) as well as extensive real-time optimization tools (dynamic thermal simulation, sunlight input, solar energy production) to design more sustainable buildings.

Key Responsibilities

**Pre-sales support**:
Running demonstrations and interactive discussions customers and prospects
Scoping out the requirements and providing a technical proposal for the customer
Working closely with the customer to provide “best in class” advice
Configuring the customer workflows and advising on best practice
Support the solution line sales (ArchiWizard)

**Post-sales support**:
Working with the customer on providing a training/development program for a successful implementation
Run all levels of training and consultancy, based around standard material and real-world projects
Working with the customer on their implementation
Ongoing support with the customers

**Product development**:
Supporting the development team on functionality, and future requests
Becoming the go to person for the customer to feedback issues, Wishlist functionality, and good news
Working with the country manager or solution lines sales rep on case studies
Developing localised training material, competitor comparisons, white papers, and webinars

**Key Success Indicators**:
Customer feedback and satisfaction (e.g. Net Promoter Score)
pre-sales demonstrations/meetings per month
Technical content (e.g. #testimonial blog posts, #technical articles & white papers, #industry-related articles, tips & tricks videos, etc)
Completion of ongoing learning with technical qualifications/certifications
Completion of projects (e.g. training of other Tech specialists, creation of certifications, etc)
Ambassador mindset and behavior (e.g., #leads transferred to and subsequently won by Account Managers, discussions engaged to uncover opportunities, emphasis on new versions, emphasis on cross-selling)

**Responsibilities**:

Experience in a pre
- and/or post-sales environment
Experience in the construction industry (bureau d’étude, ingénierie thermique, ingénierie environnementale, maîtrise d’œuvre, cabinet d’architectes, etc) on energy topics and/or sustainable construction (e.g. life cycle analysis)

Knowledge in BIM & BIM processes
