As the guru of project planning, you'll manage Package Planners and ensure schedule requirements are implemented flawlessly. Keep a close eye on risk items and accurately represent them in project schedule risk analysis. Coding Connoisseur: Establish a suitable Project Schedule coding structure in compliance with governing agreements and reporting requirements. Your keen attention to detail will be essential as you prepare, manage, coordinate, consolidate, and review project schedules related to EPCI/CPI. Keep progress reports updated and effectively communicate variances and forecasted progress to the project team. Analytical Aficionado: Dive deep into project data and track project schedule planning and progress KPIs. Your keen insights will play a vital role in assessing risks, incorporating them into the project schedule and forecast. Participate in project meetings, gather data, and support contracts and procurements for bidding, tendering, contract selection, and change management. Digitalization Dynamo: Embrace the power of digital transformation Be at the forefront of project digitalization initiatives to drive efficiencies, synergies, and simplification. As you ensure checks and approvals for submitted invoices, you'll witness firsthand how our cutting-edge tools and procedures elevate project planning to new heights.
