**Under the responsibility of the Head of Proposal & Contracts you will coordinate all phases of the proposal process in response to customer Requests For Proposals (RFPs) in close collaboration with the Business Development, Operational teams, Legal and Controlling.**

**RESPONSABILITIES**

Preparation of tailored proposals including scope, deliverables, cost estimation, payment schedules and timelines.

Development of budgets utilizing the internal costing tool following necessary pricing guidelines, operational recommendations and assessments, RFP materials, and general business development guidelines.

Review of all potential change order requirements with the assigned Project Manager/BD and generation of all change orders in a timely manner and submission to the Project Manager/BD for review and submission to client.

Update of CRM database to reflect opportunity activity on a regular basis.

Contribution to enhance the process of proposal generation.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in scientific field, healthcare or business-related field.

Experience within the CRO/Pharmaceutical industry with an understanding of processes concerning the early stage of drug development is an advantage.

Excellent interpersonal skills.

Structured and result-oriented approach.

Very good communication skills.

Quality performance, integrity, teamwork and customer care are highly valued.

Very good knowledge of written and spoken English.

Experienced handling of the standard software MS Office, especially Excel and MS Word.
