**Position**:
Rattaché(e) à la Région Europe, vous avez la charge de la conception, la définition et le déploiement des contenus de formation.

Vous construisez vos parcours et modules de formation en coordination avec les différents métiers impliqués (Retail Merchandising, Communication & Marketing, Collection Merchandising, Studio ) et travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les General Managers de zone.

Du fait de votre rôle régional et également transversal, vous animez une communauté de formation mondiale.

**Vos missions principales sont les suivantes**:
Stratégie de formation:

- Participer à la définition de l’expérience client omnicanale Kenzo
- Définir la stratégie de formation en préservant un équilibre entre storytelling et techniques de vente
- Proposer des supports et formats (digital ou présentiel) adaptés aux différents marchés et réalités culturelles et compatibles avec la training App
- Assurer un développement continu des compétences de nos conseillers de vente

Conception:

- Concevoir et réaliser des formats pédagogiques et des projets liés à la connaissance produit et l’expertise métier
- Créer les contenus (Training books, savoir-faire, sens esthétique et bien aller du vêtement, Techniques de vente, histoire de l’art et de la Mode, vidéos, Culture de marque et Storytelling, Mystery shopping) qui seront ensuite déployés

Déploiement:

- Animer la communauté de formation
- Coordonner les acteurs métiers et parties prenantes pour concevoir et déployer des dispositifs de formation en adéquation avec les priorités business
- Être garant du déploiement Europe

**Profile**:
Vous bénéficiez d’une expérience d’au moins 7 ans dans le domaine et disposez d’une grande sensibilité Mode designer.

Vous êtes animé(e) par le souci d’excellence et de performance et avez le souci du détail.

Vous êtes à l’aise avec les organisations matricielle

Vous parlez couramment anglais

Vous avez l’habitude des environnements multiculturels.
