**CONTEXT**

Adeo Home Services intends to become the Global Home Services operator of our organization.

Its role is to deliver outstanding services experiences for inhabitants & service providers to develop new business lines, digital solutions and services operations.

This platform is structured on 3 core activities:

- Service Provider Development
- Business Development
- Service Execution (Operations)

And is a global platform made of a 2 main organization areas:

- An Adeo Home Services Corporate Organization
- An Adeo Home Operational Organization by country.

**MISSION**

As Project Leader - Service Offer and Pricing, you will play a pivotal role in scaling ADEO Home Services' offerings to address broader needs, ensuring performance and quality standards, and designing a WIN-WIN pricing strategy that balances value for customers and profitability.

**Service Offer Development**:

- ** Industrialize the Service Offer Creation Process**: Build seamless, user-friendly, end-to-end service offer creation journeys.
- ** Customer-Centric Solutions**: Guide BUs (Business Units) in creating lean, efficient service offers aligned with customer needs.
- ** Performance Indicators**: Establish and monitor commercial and economic performance KPIs for service offers.

**Pricing Strategy**:

- Develop pricing models that achieve market alignment for service providers, inhabitants, and ADEO’s financial goals.
- Ensure competitiveness while fostering value creation for all stakeholders.

**Leadership and Collaboration**:

- ** Community Building**: Animate and engage an international network of local business development CX operators.
- Provide support and training to local teams, ensuring consistent service standards across all regions.
- Collaborate with BU offer managers and product owners to translate business needs into digital solutions.

**Performance Monitoring and Continuous Improvement**:

- Use customer data and market insights to identify opportunities and drive enhancements.
- Adapt strategies based on feedback and performance metrics.

**PROFILE**

**Education & Experience**:

- Minimum 4 years in offer management, category management customer experience strategy, project management, or a similar role.
- Experience managing cross-functional and multicultural projects is a plus.

**Hard Skills**:

- ** Tools**: Proficiency in G-Suite/Microsoft Office.
- **Expertise**:

- Service offer creation and market positioning.
- Market analysis and financial modeling.
- Data-driven decision-making, with a strong analytical mindset.
- Fluent in French and English (C1 level).
