**Poste et mission**:
Il/elle est chargé(e) des tâches administratives et de secrétariat pour le service et les membres de l’équipe de mise en service. Il /elle:
Accueille les visiteurs, répond aux appels téléphoniques et les transfèrent

Rédige le brouillon de documents variés (lettres, divers mémorandums, rapports, procès-verbaux de réunions, etc.) et les formates

Assure la liaison avec d’autres services et recueille des informations auprès d’eux

Prépare des présentations de service conformément aux normes de la société (par ex. des présentations Powerpoint)

Signale et gère les défaillances/pannes etc., dans le service concerné

Organise les réunions et les rendez-vous

Met à jour les données informatisées

Classe et archive les documents et les mails du projet via la mailbox

Effectue des reproductions de documents (copies) et les distribue par des moyens variés

Effectue toute autre activité (ponctuelle) selon les besoins

**Profil**:
Il/elle justifie de 3 ans minimum d’expérience professionnelle à un poste similaire dans des environnements de travail internationaux/multiculturels et:

- Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais (lu, parlé et écrit)
- Maîtrise parfaite du Pack Office complet (Outlook/Word/Excel/Powerpoint/OneNote)
- Capable de prévoir la charge de travail et de la planifier en conséquence
- Solides compétences organisationnelles
- Prend des initiatives
- Indépendant(e) et fiable
- Exact(e) et précis(e) dans toutes les tâches professionnelles
- Fait preuve de bonne volonté et de disponibilité
- Discrétion et respect de la confidentialité essentiels

Type d'emploi : Temps plein

Salaire : 30 712,81€ à 36 000,00€ par an
