**Job Description Summary**:
The Internal Communications Specialist supports the deployment of the employee communications strategy to drive understanding and engagement in the Europe, Middle East and Africa region, keeping alignment with GE HealthCare’s overall communications strategy and global messaging. This individual will report into the Head of Communications for EMEA.

This role will support business leaders by defining and executing a communications strategy and priorities through engaging human-centered storytelling across internal communications channels to:

- Ensure understanding of our vision, strategy and priorities and demonstrate the role employees play in it
- Demonstrate the value and impact of GE HealthCare’s innovation to build purpose, pride, and a sense of belonging
- Support the deployment of our new culture operating principles and of our diversity equity & inclusion strategy

**Key responsibilities**:

- Manage and drive user adoption across all internal communications channels for the EMEA region - including building out the adoption of our new employee communication portal
- Identify engaging stories and create and manage communication messages and deliverables (articles, infographics, videos, etc.)
- Support the deployment of regular all employees’ meetings and Q&A
- Own the overall measurement strategy and use data and analytics to make decisions.
- Partners with global and regional communications colleagues to ensure consistency and accomplish key priorities for the function.
- Ad-hoc support for the Head of EMEA Communications with executive communications, including media briefs

**Required qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills with ability to simplify complex issues
- Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated teamwork skills
- Tech savvy with skills in video editing tools, design knowledge and strong PowerPoint skills
- Integrity: accepting and adhering to high ethical, moral, and personal values in decisions, communications, actions, and when dealing with others - according to the spirit as well as the letter of any regulation or policy.
- Fluent in English

Le spécialiste Communication interne pour la région Europe, Moyen Orient et Afrique (EMEA) soutient le déploiement de la stratégie de communication à destination des collaborateurs afin de favoriser la compréhension de notre mission et de nos objectifs et d’améliorer l'engagement des équipes. Cette personne rapporte au Directeur de la communication pour la région EMEA.

Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec le Directeur de la communication et l’équipe de direction de la région pour définir et exécuter la stratégie et les priorités de la communication pour:

- Assurer la compréhension de notre vision, de notre stratégie et de nos priorités, en démontrant le rôle actif de nos collaborateurs
- Promouvoir la valeur et l'impact de l'innovation chez GE HealthCare en créant un sentiment de fierté et d'appartenance
- Soutenir le déploiement de la culture de GE HealthCare, et de sa stratégie sur la diversité, l’équité et l’inclusion.

**Principales responsabilités**:

- Pilotage des canaux de communication internes pour la région EMEA - et notamment favoriser l’adoption de notre nouvel intranet
- Pilotage de la ligne éditoriale et production de contenus de qualité qui suscitent l’intérêt et l’engagement des collaborateurs (articles, infographies, vidéos, etc.)
- Organisation des Broadcasts trimestriels et des sessions de questions-réponses pour les 15 000 employés de la région
- Suivi et analyse de la performance des contenus et ajustement de la stratégie en conséquence
- Collaboration et partage des bonnes pratiques avec l’équipe Communication globale et régionale
- Support ad hoc du Directeur communication EMEA pour la communication de la direction

**Qualifications requises**:

- Bac +5 en communication, relations publiques ou dans un domaine équiv
