In the context of a maternity leave, we are looking a fixed term contract:
**Human Resources Manager**
- Location: Estrées-Saint-Denis_
- Duration: From 02.12.2024 up to 27.06.2025_

Reporting to the Human Resources Director, this role will contribute to the local and the EMEA Human Resources team, with the main following missions.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Manage a team of 2 people and provide support to the local and EMEA HR team.
- Recruit new talents and guarantee appropriate induction plan implementation. Close follow-up of new starters during on boarding plan.
- Ensure pleasant working environment and well-being at work.
- Guarantee the development of employees through our dedicated programs.
- Manage and organise trainings, in compliance with validity periods and legal obligations.
- Organise medical examinations in time (new hires and periodic examinations).
- Bring support to foreigner employees (work authorization, residence permit,).

**Your profile**:

- Experience and background in Human Resources
- Fluent in English is a **must**:

- Flexibility and motivation
- A positive and open mind
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in management
- Ability to use an ERP and the Office pack
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
