Dans le cadre d'un **projet HPP**, une société d’ingénierie internationale recherche un **Contract Manager** expérimenté pour rejoindre l’équipe de maîtrise d’œuvre du **barrage de Polihali** et de ses ouvrages annexes.

Le projet comprend la conception et la supervision de la construction d’un **barrage en enrochements avec masque en béton**, de tunnels hydrauliques, d’infrastructures d’accès (routes, lignes électriques, camps), ainsi que la mise en œuvre de mesures environnementales et sociales.

**Missions principales**
- Assister le **Project Manager** et l’**Engineering Manager** dans la gestion contractuelle des marchés.
- Fournir un **support contractuel** au Client et à l’Ingénieur pour toutes les questions relatives aux contrats.
- Préparer et valider les **mesures mensuelles** et **certificats de paiement**.
- Évaluer et analyser les **réclamations contractuelles** (Contractor Claims).
- Assister l’équipe locale dans la gestion du **contrat de consultance n°3006**.
- Contrôler la conformité des processus de gestion contractuelle avec les obligations réglementaires et contractuelles.
- Participer aux **négociations** de prix, délais et avenants contractuels.
- Préparer et examiner les **lettres de réclamation**, correspondances contractuelles et documents de support en cas de **litige ou arbitrage**.
- Développer et mettre en œuvre une **stratégie de négociation** efficace.
- Suivre la conformité contractuelle des deux parties (Client / Entrepreneur) et proposer les ajustements nécessaires.

Durée: 6 Mois

Profil:

- **Formation**: Ingénieur en génie civil, droit de la construction ou équivalent.
- **Expérience**: Minimum **6 à 10 ans d’expérience** en **Contract Management** et **Quantity Surveying** sur grands travaux d’infrastructures (barrages, tunnels, ouvrages hydrauliques).
- Solide expérience en **contrats FIDIC** et en environnement international.
- Excellente maîtrise de l’**anglais professionnel** (oral et écrit).
- Esprit d’analyse, rigueur et sens de la négociation.
- Capacité à travailler en coordination avec des équipes multiculturelles et pluridisciplinaires.
