Backed by top tier investors, we operate at the intersection of traditional finance and blockchain technology, working with clients including fintech lenders, investment funds, banks, and family offices.

**The Role: Chief of Staff**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Strategic Projects**:Support the co-founder on strategic initiatives through research, analysis, and iteration
- ** Investor Relations**:Assist with preparing investor materials, financial models, and meeting coordination
- ** Cross-Functional Coordination**:Facilitate communication between our 12-person team and help align activities with company objectives
- ** Process Development**:Contribute to imagining, establishing and refining operational procedures as the company grows
- ** Operations Support**:Help manage day-to-day operations

**Requirements**:

- ** Financial**Background: Previous internship or experience at a financial institution
- ** Education**:Pursuing or completed degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or related field
- ** Analytical Skills**:Ability to analyse data, summarise findings, and present recommendations
- ** Communication**:Clear written and verbal communication skills
- ** Organisational Capability**:Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- ** Adaptability**:Willingness to take on various tasks as needed in a startup environment

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with financial **modelling** tools
- Interest in** Blockchain Technology, Financial Innovation, Artificial Intelligence**
- Knowledge of** Structured Finance**concepts (beneficial but not required)
- Proficiency in** English**
