With 30 years of experience, DIPOSTEL directs its strategy towards the supply of industrial and technical products: railway equipment (for rolling stock and track/infrastructure), braking and power transmission (industry), damping (railway and industry) and management of friction at wheel-rail contact (railways).
Concerned about the environment, DIPOSTEL has recently expanded its range with polymer products intended for railway tracks and infrastructure as well as side road layout. These products are made from recycled materials and are recyclable.
To support us in our development, we are looking for a : EXPORT SALES MANAGER
**Position description**
Reporting to the Sales and Operations Director, you will be keen to:
- Organize export activities and developments,
- Propose a strategy,
- Define sales plans and actions by area,
- Participate in professional exhibitions,
- Set up necessary partnerships (agent/distributors)
- Answer to tenders and submit commercial offers;
- Be active in supporting and animating your network;
- Update our SalesForce CRM and the monitoring tools made available;
- Write reports on your commercial actions.
**Profile required**
- With a commercial degree, you have 5 years' experience in a similar position.
- You are of a rather hunting and ambitious temperament.
- You are resilient.
- You have excellent interpersonal skills and benefit from numerous contacts in the railway sector.
- You have a technical and commercial culture and enjoy negotiation.
- You are autonomous, organized and rigorous.
- You have a strong customer and results culture to achieve set objectives.
- You have a strong team spirit.
- You speak/write fluently in English and French. Spanish would be a plus.
**Interested ?**
Full-time permanent contract. From Monday to Friday.
Your remuneration will be based on your experience (Fixed from 48k€ + Variable). 13th Month Bonus, Restaurant vouchers, Company supplemental insurance.
Position available as soon as possible in Saint-Aunès - 34 (Hybrid or on site). Frequent travel abroad.
