**THE GoCART PROJECT**
- GoCART is a
- **multi-stakeholder coalition** of patient representatives, health care professionals, pharmaceutical companies, regulators, Health Technology Assessment (HTA) bodies and reimbursement agencies, and medical organisations, collaborating to
- **maximise the potential of cellular therapies manufactured from cells and tissues of haematopoietic origin**. The aim of GoCART is to
- **promote patient access to novel cellular therapies and to contribute to health and well-being through innovation** by multi-stakeholder collaboration on clinical data, standards of care, centre qualification, education and policy.- In addition, through
- **involvement in Post-Authorisation Safety Studies (PASS) **to fully understand the potential of these new innovative therapies. The GoCART coalition is also involved in the submission and selection process of
- **retrospective studies in CAR-T** treated patients that are executed by the EBMT.**YOUR MISSION**

**Coordinating CAR-T and other projects**
**in the Cellular Therapy field** in the EBMT as well as
- **developing and managing stakeholder relationships**.**RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS**

- To **coordinate GoCART Coalition governance and Work Package** activities, including manging deadlines, coordinating meetings, communications and publications
- To act as a **central contact** for the EBMT for all CAR-T activities including EHA, T2Evolve and **stakeholders within Cell and Gene Therapy field**.
- To prepare and manage **budgets, timelines and other planning documents** **for CAR-T projects**:

- To proactively identify, and **build relationships with stakeholders** working within the field including **Registries, scientific associations and coalitions, governmental bodies and other** potential partner organisations in Europe
- To develop/support stakeholder **communication strategy for the CAR-T projects** for the EBMT
- To coordinate and **support educational activities** for GoCART and other CAR-T activities e.g. webinars, educational meetings, events and multi-stakeholder meetings
- ** Supporting the selection committee and members** and liaising with the **GoCART EBMT taskforce for scientific research proposals**.
- To i**dentify strategic opportunities** for the EBMT in the field of cellular therapies aligning with **data harmonisation and accreditation**.

**Requirements**:

- Master’s degree in biomedical sciences or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with international medical Scientific environment
- Minimum of 3 years of account/relationship management experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English to at least B2 level
- Ability influence; negotiation skills
- Analytical & strategic thinking
- Initiative and work independently
- Willingness to travel to national and international venues to participate in and facilitate meetings

**NICE-TO-HAVES**
- Degree in business administration
- Good understanding of the regulatory and accreditation frameworks in Europe
- Knowledge of other major languages

- Flexible schedule (starting from 8 to 10 am and finishing accordingly)
- Full-time contract, 37,5 working hours per week
- 25 working days of Annual leave + 15 days RTT

- Some days work from home and some days from the office (minimum 2 days at the office), although during the training period you will be mostly at the office.
