Recruitment
- Work with managers through the recruitment process, from creating job descriptions to advising them on the best method of recruitment and working with them through the interview process
- Manage the whole internal recruitment life-cycle, including CV screening, interviews set up, offer letters, contracts and onboarding
- strengthen GB’s local employer branding to ensure a solid talent pipeline, e.g. by participating in recruitment fairs, conducting personnel marketing activities
- Populating HR database in respect of all recruitment activities
- Requesting references for new employees
- Manage the internal job boards such as LinkedIn

HR Admin & payroll
- participate on all monthly processes are completed
- HR administration process are managed from start to finish including conducting the induction, checking references, chasing background checking forms and ensuring all new starters and leavers have the relevant information, onboarding letters & documentation, etc.
- Ensure accurate data entry on to Workday
