At BYREDO we come as we are, with the intention to learn from each other and Thrive beyond business objectives. **ABOUT THE JOB** We’re looking for a **Temporary HR Administration Coordinator **who will report to our **HR Administration Manager**. As a fast-growing brand, we need to ensure global alignment and to secure our HR basics, making sure our payroll and administration are run smoothly. As a part of our amazing people Team, your scope of work will be mainly dedicated to the French Market, also supporting on key global reporting if need be. **WHAT YOU WILL DO** **Administrative coordination for French Market and headquarters**: - Drafting of employment contracts, amendments, offer letters and assignment letters - Maintenance and updating of individual administrative reports, mandatory registers and legal displays - Management of formalities related to the hiring and leaving of employees - Management of lunch card attribution on monthly basis - Organization of medical visits - Monitoring leave of absences & processing them into payroll. **Payroll coordination for **French Market and headquarters** - Process the payroll properly and check data accuracy - Ensure full compliance with legal practices - Gather variable payroll elements together and send them to the payroll provider - Follow-up and control of payslips and status of payments. **Your key interlocutors for all the above**: Internal: - People team - Finance Team - Commercial team. External: - Payroll provider - Occupational Medicine - Lunch Card provider. **WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN OUR NEXT TEAM MEMBER** - You are very organized and have a sharp eye for details - You understand the utmost importance of observing a strict confidentiality - You are flexible and dare to ask question when you don’t know - You follow-up on things and demonstrate a can-do attitude - And, last but not least, you are a strong team player  **WHAT WE EXPECT YOU TO BRING TO BYREDO** - You have a proven experience in **Payroll and French administration** of at least **2/3 **years, ideally in the luxury sector (Fashion and/or Fragrances) - You are proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, **working knowledge of Silae would be a big plus**: - You have strong analytical skills, including numerical analysis - You are fluent in English and French. **OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU** - We will onboard you in our fantastic sensorial adventure - You will work in a flexible and agile working environment, surrounded by great people - We strongly encourage test & learn mindsets - You will be able to know your impact and measure your success. **This is a temporary position.** **Please make sure to send your CV in English.
