We at P2P.org are the largest staking and restaking operator, with a TVL of over $9B

We are constantly focused on launching new yield products: for example, in Polkadot (adding +15-20% to NRR) and Ethereum, where we offer significantly higher NRR (+40%) than any other staking operator

We also keep an eye on exciting projects and launch new networks such as TON, Avail, Monad, and Babylon. We strongly believe in Bitcoin and the DeFi ecosystem around it, and we have a dedicated team focused on finding the best yield solutions based on Bitcoin.

We are actively expanding our product line, exploring RWA, data, yield, and service products for exchanges, custodians, and banks

**Who we are looking for**:
This role requires someone with strong insights into B2B marketing and who knows exactly how to transform a simple side event into a must-attend gathering that everyone wants an invitation to.

**You Will**
- Work together with the Head of Marketing on a 12-month events pipeline that aligns with P2P.org’s goals and objectives.
- Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with external suppliers, vendors, and partners to support all event activities.
- Collaborate with blockchain projects, DeFi platforms, and ecosystem partners to design and execute events as part of co-marketing campaigns for maximum impact.
- Collaborate with the design and marketing departments to develop effective marketing materials tailored for each event.
- Manage all aspects of event **planning and execution**, including public relations, speaking engagements, sponsorships, logistics, and promotional materials.
- Conduct post-event analysis and share data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement.

**You Have**
- A minimum of 5 years of proven professional events experience, preferably in the B2B tech environment.
- Previous exposure to fintech, financial services, or blockchain is a must.
- An understanding hours may at times be outside of a typical 9am - 5pm, with some weekends required.
- Outstanding project management abilities, combined with a proactive approach to executing tasks.
- Willingness to travel globally.
- An eye for detail in planning and execution.
- A data-driven mindset, with the ability to extract insights from metrics and analytics to adjust future events as needed.
- Fluent English
