We are looking for a **Business Development Representative**to join our remote team on a long term basis.

**WHAT WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO TAKE CARE OF**:

- Identify, qualify, and engage potential clients and partners within the fields of wealth management, international tax, legal advisory, and corporate structuring;
- Act as the first point of contact for inbound and outbound business development inquiries, presenting our services in a clear and compelling manner;
- Conduct initial discovery calls with prospects to understand their needs and assess fit with our international network of services;
- Maintain and update CRM systems to track lead progress, measure performance, and ensure a well-organized sales pipeline;
- Support the preparation of client presentations and coordination of meetings with internal experts or external advisors;
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Strategic Partnerships teams to refine messaging and co-develop market entry initiatives;
- Research market trends and competitor offerings to uncover growth opportunities in new jurisdictions or service areas;
- Assist in expanding and managing our partnerships network (including law firms, tax advisors, and financial institutions).

**WHAT WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO BRING WITH YOU**:

- 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or a client-facing role within consulting, legal, financial services, or international business;
- A proactive, curious, and goal-driven mindset, with strong attention to detail and follow-through;
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, able to build trust with sophisticated clients and partners;
- Comfort working in a professional, international environment and engaging with cross-border stakeholders;
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot is a plus) and remote productivity platforms;
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken;
- An interest in global economic, legal, or regulatory developments and a desire to grow in a knowledge-driven organization.

**NICE TO HAVE**:

- Previous experience in large-scale project management.
- Previous international experience.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Fluency in Italian, both written and spoken.
