**Description**:
Our Beverage division partners with leading companies in the drinks industry to bring their brands to life through impactful, innovative merchandise and promotional campaigns. As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking for an Account Executive to join our Beverage team, working closely with one of our major clients in the drinks industry.
**Responsibilities**:
Fully dedicated to a key account in the drinks sector (one of the global leaders in the beverage industry), the Account Executive will support the client with end-to-end project management and exceptional service.
**Client Brief Handling**
- Manage and process client briefs in line with brand and product guidelines.
**Project Management**
- Coordinate with the sourcing office in Asia to send briefs
- Review and analyse supplier quotes
- Ensure timely receipt and quality of samples and prototypes
**Order and Supply Chain Coordination**
- Serve as the main point of contact between the client and suppliers for order validation (e.g., packaging items, branded merchandise, custom elements)
- Monitor and ensure adherence to project timelines and validation processes
- Maintain and update project schedules Handle invoicing and internal documentation
**Creative Problem Solving**
- Identify creative ideas and solutions to meet brand and campaign objectives Collaborate with design and sourcing teams to bring concepts to life
**Client Engagement**
- Occasionally visit the client to strengthen relationships, offer insights, and ensure high service quality
**Skills and Experience**:
You’re a team player who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and enjoys working in the dynamic world of brand marketing and merchandise.

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- A passion for consumer brands and product development
- Fluent English (essential)
Experience as an Account Executive, Project Manager, or Sales Coordinator—ideally within promotional merchandise, marketing services, or the drinks/FMCG sector—is a plus.
