Teads is seeking a Global Industry Director, Retail to join our growing Strategic Accounts team as a one-year maternity leave cover. This role has the potential to become a permanent position. The Retail vertical is a critical growth area for Teads, and this role will be instrumental in developing new and existing partnerships and driving revenue growth.
**About the opportunity**
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for forging partnerships and driving incremental revenue growth with key Retail accounts, working with global and regional HQ teams. You will also work on developing existing and new relationships with some of the largest Retail clients. This is an exciting opportunity to join an industry pioneer and leader in full-funnel advertising solutions that is experiencing rapid global growth.
Reporting to the Senior Global Industry Director Retail, you will work closely with Retail Directors and agency teams across all markets to manage senior-level client and agency relationships and execute global strategies.
**What will you do?**
- Develop and scale collaborative relationships with top global Retail businesses, including both clients and relevant agency teams.
- Serve as the expert on these Retail businesses to deliver solutions that best fit advertiser needs and generate value.
- Consult with HQ client and agency teams, develop global strategies, and execute them across markets in partnership with local Teads teams.
- Ensure Teads is a core part of the HQ client's media strategy by building relationships across all key marketing and media functions and ensuring stakeholders understand our proposition.
- Maximize client media investment by ensuring Teads is included in all core media plans, leveraging our solutions and innovations.
- Provide markets with advertiser-specific playbooks, case studies, and best practices to enable teams to drive client development and Teads adoption.
- Share learnings with the Senior Global Industry Director, Retail, and your peers.
You will also
- Serve as an industry expert to drive vertical and client success by developing thought leadership within the Retail vertical.
- Create and deliver consultative sales presentations using industry knowledge, market trends, and Teads' full-funnel and Omnichannel solutions.
- Drive external and internal market knowledge and insights.
- Proactively engage with industry committees and conferences.
- Take responsibility for general Retail vertical projects to evolve Teads' offerings and solutions for the Retail industry.

- **Exceptional Communicator**: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complexity for senior audiences.
- **Global Collaboration**: Experience working across regions, cultures, and time zones with both internal and external partners.
- **Language**: Fluent English is required; additional languages are a plus.
