This is a high-impact, strategic role suited for a proven C&B leader ready to build, shape, and elevate a global function from the ground up. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will drive a full Compensation & Benefits transformation as the business unit evolves toward greater independence : Lead a complete transformation of the global C&B function. Define, design, and implement a comprehensive global C&B strategy for the business group. Build, structure, and develop a high-performing international C&B team. Partner closely with senior leadership to ensure strategic alignment and governance across all regions. Oversee International Mobility, ensuring competitive and compliant mobility frameworks. Ideal Candidate Profile We are looking for an experienced global C&B leader who brings : A strong international track record in Compensation & Benefits, ideally within manufacturing environment. Expertise across the full C&B spectrum : governance, LTI plans, STI programs, mobility, benchmarking, and preparation for C&B / Remuneration Committees.
