**Job Description** NEXTON**recrute un **Expert Network H/F,**en **CDI** à **Paris **

**Ton futur environnement de travail**:
Tu interviens en tant qu'Ingénieur réseaux sur les projets concernant la gestion et l'optimisation des infrastructures réseau, avec un focus sur la transition des services, le déploiement de solutions WiFi, et la gestion de l'obsolescence matérielle.

**Tes missions**:
Objectifs
- Assurer une transition fluide des services réseau et sécurité.
- Finaliser le déploiement des solutions WiFi et garantir leur adoption.
- Identifier une solution pour gérer l'obsolescence matérielle sur les sites critiques.

Périmètre des projets

Projet 1 : Transition de périmètre proxy
- Suivre la sortie du fournisseur proxy pour l'entité VESA.
- Analyser la position des autres BU/Zones et les accompagner dans leur décision (sortie ou maintien avec contrats locaux multi-domaines).

Projet 2 : Déploiement wifi
- Finaliser le déploiement des nouveaux piliers WIFI sur le siège et les MVE.
- Coordonner avec la communication groupe pour publier les services aux utilisateurs.
- Créer un package documentaire (technique et communication) basé sur le retour d'expérience des sites VEOLIA pour le déployer auprès des autres BU/Zones.

Projet 3 : Gestion de l'obsolescence matérielle
- Compléter l’expression de besoin en vue de l’identification de plusieurs soumissionnaires,
- Identifier et challenger les soumissionnaires sur le périmètre technique pour prendre en charge l'obsolescence matérielle sur les sites Full Managed Services VESA (Siège et MVE).

**Qualifications**
Tu justifies d'au moins 4 ans d'expérience sur un poste similaire.

Tu as de bonnes connaissance des solutions proxy et WiFi en entreprise

Tu as une expertise en architecture réseau et sécurité

Tu justifie d'une expérience en gestion de projets IT complexes et multi-entités.

Tu as la capacité à produire des documentations techniques et de communication.

Tu fais preuve d'autonomie, de rigueur, de rapidité dans la prise de poste

Tu sais prendre en charge la maitrise d'œuvre et du pilotage de projets

L'anglais est obligatoire pour cette mission
