**MISSIONS**
En lien direct avec le Head of Partnership Manager, vous aurez pour mission de co-construire la stratégie de partenariats internes et d’en poser les fondations ainsi que de monitorer et coordonner les relations avec nos entreprises affiliées : Recruitee et Sympa HR.
Vos missions:
- Co-création du programme de partenariat interne
- Participer à la coordination de la réflexion stratégique sur les questions transversales (tarification, partenariats, développement international...).
- Co-construire avec le Head of Partnership Manager les stratégies d’Enablement, sales process et customer success process de Javelo x Recruitee x Sympa
- Créer des contenus et outils de co-selling et de co-marketing pour nos partenaires et prospects (newsletters, vidéos, decks de présentation, playbooks, maquettes de produits...)
- Développer des relations étroites avec les différentes parties prenantes à la fois interne mais aussi avec les SPM des autres entités afin de veiller au bon fonctionnement des synergies du groupe
- Travailler avec les top managers de l'entreprise issus de différentes fonctions pour animer des ateliers et des présentations de produits.
- Aide et support à l'animation des ventes en referral, co sell et resell
**PROFIL RECHERCHÉ**
**Formation et parcours**
- Vous êtes diplômé d’une école de commerce ou d’ingénieur
- Vous disposez d’au minimum 3 ans d’expérience sur des fonctions semblables (Strategic Partnership Manager, Chef de Projet, CMS, Consultant)
- Expérience en startup/scaleup
**Hard skills**
- Anglais Fluent
- Sens aigu de l’organisation : mise en place de roadmap/retroplanning, diagramme de Gantt
- Fortes compétences en élevage de comptes : capacité à animer le referral, le cross selling et le reselling
