MORE CONSCIOUS, MORE QUALITY, MORE LOVE **Description du poste**: Rattachée directement à la Direction des Marchés Internationaux, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes globales au HQ à Paris (Marketing, Communication, Digital & Studio) & équipes locales. Vous serez responsable du lancement 360 de la marque sur chaque nouveau pays. Vous serez au service des nouveaux marchés et des Country manager afin de soutenir le business local & développer la marque localement: - Capable de comprendre les spécificités pays dans les stratégies opérationnelles: contenus, ton of voice, stratégie marchés - Input inter auprès de la team globale dans la définition de la stratégie et répartition du budget - Assure la cohérence des stratégies marketing & communication entre les pays: principalement acquisition et influence marketing - Défriche les pays et définis les personas marketing à cibler - Market research à l’international: trends social media, trends internationales communication **Profil recherché**: - Grand sens esthétique et compréhension des stratégies de branding international - Grande attitude "Make it happen", grande pro-activité et autonomie - Capacité à se remettre en question, questionner ce qui est fait afin d'optimiser - Un véritable sens du business, de l’esthétique & une grande capacité d’analyse - Expérience dans l’industrie de la mode/cosmétique/luxe à l'international oAgnoqNnQR
